Not much change since yesterday.
At eleven o'clock last night, we experienced strong gusts, a little rain and a
dip in electricity. With that being said, many communities are experiencing
coastal flooding.
Expecting the worst of Joaquin today.
There was a picture that didn't come over-- flooded with houses and wind in the palm trees--
maybe inhabited???
