I know nothing about that island's population, etc., so it would be great if that particular island is indeed uninhabited, because it is getting absolutely clobbered this morning.
Keeping the folks on surrounding islands in my thoughts today. This is a deadly serious situation for the Bahamas. I think this my go down as one of, if not the, worst storm to strike those islands. And that is saying something, given their prolific history of hurricanes. Problem with this one is the combination of slow movement and rapid intensification. |
