The difference between looking at visible, or even most anything else, and water vapor with 96L is extreme.

On water vapor it's like, where is it? Is the time of the imagery right? Yes. Oh.

Shear is boss:

I just got almost an inch of rain in less than an hour. The airport about a mile away got 1.37 inches. Amongst the dry air, it just popped up over me. We never did get the rain that had been previously forecast so things were, at least for me, getting dry before today.
