That part of the ECMWF is free I think. You can download without paying, but then you have to process the raw text files and display it using your own graphics program on your server in real time, which I would not know how to do. And then that also uses a lot of server resources too in order to create all the imagery.

I have now added to this one single storm in 2014, the NOAA radar imagery as it will appear in Google Earth:

I have yet to construct the next part of the system, which actually downloads the imagery into the recon system. I need to find the best way to do that to reduce the amount of server resources my site uses.
