Their website is down down for me at the moment and I don't want to overload it by trying again, but that saved image seems right.

The scale they are using is apparently Australia's:

In that image one of the five's looks like a six if that is what you meant. That just seems like poor image quality.

They use 10 minute sustained winds. The JTWC uses 1 minute sustained wind which is shown in the forecast images Hanna posted. The Joint Typhoon Waring Center forecast comes from:
