| I was going to post something about everything being quiet worldwide if that last invest went away, but now it is named and sticking around. (Plus 97E in the East Pacific that just popped up.) Nearer to home, Hanna may have closed out the Atlantic season. I have only been looking at the GFS occasionally, but it has seemed quiet through the runs now ending in early December. (For the Atlantic anyway, the East Pacific has had at least one storm that I saw in the GFS.) Or if something did form in the Atlantic, maybe it would be subtropical and away from the US. Those fronts are great right now! It will be in the 20's a county or two north of me Wednesday morning! (Well, I don't need freezing weather here, but I do love the cooler weather!) Upper 30's forecast for me Wednesday as a low and we may not even reach 60 as a high. |
