I have headache that woke me up in the night.. probably related to the pressure changes as the hurricane approaches. So as it was still calm this morning I took a drive back to my house to pick up sinus meds. The winds are still relatively light inland. I took a few pictures. My dad is a Mr Fixit. He has secured my sisters gas cylinders so they shouldn't be blown away. The sun picture is take from his backyard.. its just kind of twilighty here. The other picture is Flatts inlet around 830 this morning .. my peaceful place. Had a few extra smiles this morning. My son sent a message for my pancake recipe. Made me smile what's a hurricane party without mom's pancakes. He is 20 . His is camped by his dad with his large dog. We have the smaller dog with us at my dad's. Just finished a bag of peanut mm's meant for sharing all by myself. LOL oops. Sinus headache is back .. I guess it will be like that for a while. Taking more meds. There is lots of live coverage on the Weather Channel on cable TV as well. Its still pretty calm for now. Will post a bit later if I can. Everything is still plugged in so when power goes out if the internet companies stay up we should be able to post.
