Things are getting active. There is already 99L which is nearly a (sub)tropical depression.

90L is 700 miles east of Barbados at the moment.

From 8am EDT Atlantic Tropical Weather Outlook on Friday:

"2. Shower and thunderstorm activity has increased and become more
concentrated in association with a tropical wave located about 700
miles east of the Lesser Antilles.  Environmental conditions appear
to be conducive for gradual development of this system during the
next several days while it moves moves westward or west-
northwestward to west at about 10 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent.

I thought there was spinning around Honduras / Nicaragua near the Atlantic side, but it does look associated so far with what the NHC is covering in the east Pacific. Their basin outlook:
