I'm not really sure if that area is the one the GFS is developing or if it is something that comes from that area a little later.

Last 4 runs though 18Z on Tuesday the 7th:

(Only the early part of the tracks are included in that particular image, not all the way through 16 days of the GFS)

Something is shown on the latest run possibly moving just over into the East Pacific and then heading north back into Central America and possibly even crossing back over into the Atlantic. (or some part of it perhaps crosses over or maybe something just coincidentally forms back over in the Atlantic around the same time.) It's hard to tell.
