Marie makes storm number 13 in the East Pacific. Average (1971-2009) date of the thirteenth storm of their season, September 28th. And if it becomes a hurricane as forecast (which could happen as soon as later tonight), it would be the eighth of the season. Average formation of the eighth hurricane in their season is October 15th.
