| I just got done reading this public advisory that you posted from the NHC. I wonder why the government of Martinique is holding out by not even issuing so much as a tropical storm watch when the island lies right smack dab in between Dominica and Saint Lucia which have tropical storm warnings in place. To me that's just playing it risky. |
