OK, here's my dumb question (yes, there are some dumb ones ;-) ) -- if the TWO indicates there is currently a 50% chance of development of this system within 48 hours, but then after a "couple of days" the conditions will be "less conducive for development," what if a TC has already formed before the conditions change? All bets off then, and/or do y'all see those conditions, whatever they are predicted to be, as strong enough to shear apart (or otherwise negatively impact) any cyclone already formed?
