Not good. Don't like the shift. Understand more than one model is doing

Is this getting a big stronger/faster than initially thought? I know intensity is always a  forecast challenge. 'Thought it was not to be a hurricane for another 6 to 12 hrs yet...and then only a 1.

There is a lot of high density areas that could get clipped if it indeed does not stay offshore. I do not think locally many are preparing...maybe a little bit - cleaning drainage ditches etc...but nothing else yet. Most felt we would have a tiny bit of wind and a little rain, that is it.

Trop. Storm Warning suddenly for us here in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake. Didn't expect that one with the previous track.

Hum....hope this one does not decide to spring a few surprises on the East Coast.

Feel really badly for Outer Banks....
