| Also of note these areas do evacuate water rather quickly as we are on whats called the "atlantic ridge" here in palm bch county in the eastern areas. During all the hurricanes it floods for like an hour or two & then quickly runs into water table, we don't even have drains in my neighborhood and the standing water just disappears. Further south in Broward they are lower to sea level and have major flooding issues but up here we are good. |
