I think they need to stress the surge more & give surge warnings in a time period appropriate to the affect (ie not 48 hrs before landfall of coc, 48 hrs before surge affects shore) also, even though they stress that surge is not tied to category, look at most surge/slosh products out there & they still connect the two - how do they expect people to give them different relevance if they don't? my $.02
