Heads up FL from Tampa down to Western tip of Cuba!

From the faster speed of Rina and the continuing intensification and spread in Model guidance in the latter part of the forecast period, this one will have to be watched and taken seriously....not that you all are not;  just do not see much activity on our board here lately.  Its true that dry air and SW shear could make Rina a has been late in the period, but she is cruising faster than expected and she could act a number of different ways to the approaching trough later in the week.  I think she will hit much further south than Cancun or Cozumel.  Late October surprise!
