"Later today an area of disturbed weather near the Yucatan Peninsula could become tropical storm Rina. Models indicate that whatever does develop will eventually move N.E on the tail end of a front probably across central Florida . Some form of low pressure is expected to remain in the western Caribbean going well in to next weekend"
