This was foreseeable; all of this could have been prevented. They knew this was going to happen. They could have started to drain water off (open the flood gates) long ago. They could have opened the flood gates for a short period letting the immediate area flood and dry out, flood and dry out etc causing a minimal amount of damage. They could have repeated this process till the water was low enough to handle the runoff! No they wait till the last minute knowing full well there would a massive disaster. And not just water. Yes I have read the other posts and watched the videos. Lets us also remember the nuclear reactors are what 40's years old. Is this another Fukushima in the waiting???
This was deliberate, a deliberate manmade disaster!!!!!!!!!!!!!
