TS richard is very poorly organized and has been all day. It remains to the very west end of the convection....If we dont see some increase in DVORAK est. or a drop in pressures by sat evening then I do believe you will see the NHC start decresing the est. intensity.  The system continues to struggle with very dry air just to the NW and some upper lv. W. shr. which may become RICHARDS demise   unless by sat evening we get some development.  as time is running out until a close encounter w/ ctr. amr. Most 0z models now do not even show it becoming a hurricane- maybe just a strong TS and thats just if it develops by tomorrow evening. Most global models now rain the system out in ctr amr. most tropical want to turn it into an unfavorable GOM.....we shall see, time will tell??!!.  yours.... hurricanephil. Meteorologist-non sealed
