WV shows dry air to the west but in fact the air is unstable.

Yucatan landmass is currently capped but it should be broken due to solar heating later today.

That in turn should get the ball rolling and a flare is possible.

Boundary-layer moisture infeed looks great on MIMIC-TPW.
