You cannot make a hurricane inside of a building. There are too many factors such as  wind gust's traveling a long distance while moving up & down while hitting a building. Lots of different debris caught in the wind such as small pebbles that pierce walls & windows. Lets not forget about the tree next to a house that bumps a roof ,tears it & lets the wind in. Not to mention the meso vortices inside of an eyewall that swirl wind from every directions, those test's are useless..
