When is the last time the EPAC only had 7 named storms?

Totals for the EPAC season to date:
7 named storms
3 hurricanes
2 of those were majors, with Celia being a Cat 5.
Season length:
May 29 - September 23, or roughly only 3 months, 3 weeks long.
Only 2 landfalls of minimal Tropical Storms.
No named storms in the month of July. |
