Green Spots Prove TD ;-)

| Darn green spot got smaller but it is still there now.... hmmmm... If they didn't want a TD18 then they should have sent a Hurricane Hunter plane out to check the pressure. I would move it up to TD status and keep people on their toes. Look, GFDL still has a hurricane near Cuba and a Tropical Storm near Miami in 108 hours. HWRF suggests a TD within 120 hours....
