Thanks for the post Cypress.
Once you look at the size of the space altered-- kinda puts paid to the viability of this idea--not to mention WHETHER someone should be altering the weather!
But the cartoon notion of hundreds of submarines showing up in front of a hurricane to "save the day" still brings giggles. (sort of the reverse of the evil plot looming in a James Bond movie!)
And the mention of "where did they get these submarines?" Yard sale in Russia?? :):)
More giggling!
