A question i have is at some point  if the upwelling hinders  development  around the cape Verde, eastern Atlantic, will we see more systems wait and develop closer to the Carribean, Bahamas, and the CONUS??/ I would rather see them develop where they have been  way out there in fishland. There is a greater chance at a recurve  not trying to downplay Earl's perilously close track to the East Coast in any way, i certainly realize that less activity in an area means another Area is under the Gun in any particular season........
