Why Not Arrest the Surfers??

| I have a question. Why in the world don't the police just arrest the wackos going surfing in the Tsunami warning area?? I could understand the argument that if the people are that stupid, that might as well just die in the water. But, when all the live stations are showing these people, it sets a terrible example and others may want to join them also putting themselves at risk. So, I can't understand why the Hawaiian authorities don't show more backbone and just arrest these people? |
