We did have one cold spell in January where temps ranged in the 21-24 degree range for about three nights in January (very cold, but we have been colder). But for overall consistency (many days in the 32-55 degree range for low to high), its been a pretty darn cold winter. Not suprised to hear that it may hang on into early March.
