Lets just get this thing comes a bit further north.

when Jim had Joe Basardi on his show back in November,I asked what his thoughts were about this winter seasons storms.If I remember correctly he said he thinks most storms would be suppressed and Mid-Atlantic would get the brunt of the storms,and 1 or 2 may eefect the northeast,but he thinks this years main target would be Mid-Atlantic.

I wil have to go back and listen to this interview to see what exactly he said,but he has been doing pretty good this year.
