The area is still active given the hydrothermal activity, so there is no reason to think it would not have some kind of eruption again eventually. There is a history of the pressure getting relieved violently. The very approximate eruption frequency of 600,000 to 800,000 years is very infrequent so the chance of it happening this century is low, although the last one was 640,000 years ago, so it's possible.
