| Good afternoon. The weather here on Cape Fear is starting to pick up... A good EASTERLY breeze has developed and the barometer is falling. Also, an "odd" rain has been falling all day - it's not the typical summer type rain - it's small raindrops that sometimes come in brief deluges and the rain is easily blown all about.
