I mean this season has been a total dud. Outside of Bill, has any system had a pressure of less than 1000 mb?? Not only that, we're talking about dissipating systems. Ana, Danny, and Erika dissolved primarily as a result of hostile conditions and not interaction with land. Claudette, was a very minimal gulf system. I don't doubt that we'll see further action this year, hurricane formation for sure. But where?? Will this be one of those seasons with low activity which produces the one big one which affects the western hemisphere?? or will we see Cat 2's far out to sea heading for the North Atlantic?
