| Although the storm is looming ragid we still need to watch it because it has energy. I feel sometimes when a storm sheds it skin and gets a fresh start later on that energy has a better chance to reform. This way the different levels of winds in the atmosphere aren't fighting each other as much as with a weak cyclone with strong established winds that get caught up and then go against the natural flow of a cyclone. |
