I would not not good enough to say (still to much for me to learn). Since I first started tracking the CIMSS has had Juema and still predicts it will down grade to a Cat 3 at 100 kts at landfall on the California peninsula. It looks like Isla Cresciente, Mexico for now will be ground Zero.
