1am. Finally a Center on AVN Loop

There's clearly a circulation center now on the AVN Loop at 1am. One can see a broader circulation tighten up into a 50-mile wide rotation centered around 23N 68W. It is moving WNW.

This thing has a LOT of work ahead of it - but at least we finally have a frigging center.
