High Tide Timing in 72-84 hours?

St Johns (at the very least) is going to be sch-lacquered with the storm surge from Bill as it rides up the Bay of Fundy.  It already has 20 foot tidal changes, but if Bill hits at High Tide...How much water (do you believe) would be pushed up the bay and into St. Johns?

And, if memory serves me correctly, we are still in the middle of an unexplained prolonged "Spring Tide" phenomenon - yes?

There seems to be a lot of ISSUES that make Bill a little more than just a bad "blow."  This could add some serious surge problems in the Bay of Fundy.

Thoughts?
