20ft Waves in Maine/Nova Scotia?

First, I'll mention that I am clearly just an amateur and offer no official advice. I just do this as a hobby... That said....

Nova Scotia seems pretty desolate. Halifax has a few roads near sea level that could get washed out. I guess the winds are more of a threat if Bill is still a major hurricane, but seriously, I don't know.

Does anyone have a surge forecast, so I can it to the maximum wave height and compare it to the local flood maps?
