I can't see it now, but I get the feeling that there is more than an upper level circulation down there somewhere.

looking at models for future cyclones near Cuba now....  (btw, HWRF on Bill show one hell of a fish...)

CMC usually yields best new storm data, IMHO..., nothing...

NGP is the only model showing a speck of low pressure from this Cuba region moving over to the Florida Pan Handle in 54 hours (see the speck?):
