We are right on the edge of multiple systems, and none at all ... at the same time.
I do think that the Gulf coast and Florida weekend will be very wet, from that wave.
The former TD 2 is rolling, nearly due west. I think when and if advisories are re-instituted, the Caribbean islands will be squarely in the crosshairs of this system.
The "red circle" is looking very strong. I suspect that this will be Ana. I think the NHC is no going to be able to avoid irony by naming this system tomorrow, August 15, exactly 17 years to the day that Andrew got his name.
But everything, and nothing all at once, has been the story of the season, right? The clock ticks on. |
