Felicia will be a depression at best when she threatens the Hawaiian islands--her WNW track will take her over waters that are too cool to sustain intensity anywhere near her current strength and there may be some shear ahead as well. Depending on what mountains the storm's remains pass over the rainfall could be hazardous but thankfully this is certainly no Iniki.
