Walker Cell

Looks like the isotachs in the mid-level shear map gives a good view of the Atlantic Walker cell.

Two up-draft zones are driving the cell:
1)  35N 107W
2)  10N 76W

The down-draft or subsidence zone is at 18N 50W.

The subsidence zone is not showing up on the isotachs on the UL shear map.

So, this may be an indication that the air is not as dry as it was earlier in the week.

Need to check soundings in the area.
