One of the Coldest in history...

Note quite record breaking, but we had a cold and dry July - our mean temp was only 18 degrees, usually its 21. Also, we had near record cloud cover too, infact despite its dry-ness, we had 17% less sunlight then we had last summer when broke the record for precip in july. Please.... bring some heat!
