Construction continues on rebuilding dozens of first floor apartments in my and surrounding complexes following the July 6th flood - we really don't need any tropical systems here and so the tropical "silence" is welcomed.
And as Chucky noted, it gives us a break to take care of other things. (But poor Jim, oh my!)
