If your registration is rejected because it "partially matched registration data for an account at the former HurricaneCity message board", please read the following post for instructions on how to claim your reserved username.

You will need to email the webmaster here, but you need to make sure you include the following information or I will need to contact you to ask for it:
  • Your former username at the old HurricaneCity message board
  • Your full name (first and last name)
  • All your former email addresses (I really only need to know the one you originally registered with at the old HurricaneCity message board, but if you can't remember which one it might be, include all you can remember so that I may not need to contact you again.)
  • Optional: Your birthday (month, day, and year)
  • Optional: The first and last letter of your former password at the old HurricaneCity message board
The only way you can claim your username is if you verify your identity by providing the above information. I do not have all the above data for every account, so while some people might be able to get by with just providing some of the information, I might need more for some people. I will compare the information you submit to the member list at the old HurricaneCity message board. If it verifies, I will update this site's reserved username file so that you will be able to register. I will contact you to then let you know that you can register. If it does not verify, I will try to come up with some other options for you to keep your former username.

Please do not register another username unless you want to keep that username. Each email address can only have one username, so once you register another username you will be stuck with that one until I have some time to remove the new account and help you claim your reserved username.
